Dex is an AI-powered service copilot application designed to assist HVAC/R technicians with job management, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and documentation. The Service includes features such as:

• Preventive maintenance tracking
• Voice interaction capabilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• AI recommendations should not replace professional judgment
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
